Construction of industrial units in hard standing/haul out area in Westhaven, Auckland CBD. Challenging environmental conditions due to the construction on the waters edge and silt control required special consideration and management. The project consisted of multi-storey precast panels with a vehicle ramp for roof top car parking. Using structural steel and precast panels. N Cole also constructed 18m high stud to house super yachts. The project was completed at a cost of $8 Million.

The project was completed on time and budget with no adverse effects to the environment where the construction was undertaken. p
